Cannot open Vault and SM's damage bug.

Hello Admin,
My username is Kukie
Firstly, I cannot open my vault. Whenever I click to NPC to open vault, I got disconnect immediately.
Secondly, I play SM char. It seems like our weapon doesn't work.
When I put it down to my inventory, I was unable to put it on again.
One thing I can do to fix this temporarily, I have to place my staff in my vault.
After that, I close my vault then open it again so i can use my staff again and it works again but when i log out, my damage is bugged again. And now I can do nothing to use my staff again coz I get disconnected when I click to open vault.

So please kindly help me to fix those problems.
